At OKDUDE, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, in rare cases where an issue arises with an order, we offer a replacement and refund policy under the following conditions:
1. Replacement Policy
We offer replacements for orders that are:
✅ Misprinted, damaged, or defective due to manufacturing defects or courier mishandling.
✅ Lost in transit, as verified by the shipping provider.
How to Request a Replacement:
- Contact us at okdudefashion@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide an unboxing video and clear images of:
- The defective product.
- The original packaging and shipping label.
- Once approved, we will reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Important Notes:
- If the damage occurred due to mishandling while opening the package (e.g., using scissors or sharp objects), the replacement will not be possible.
- If the package appears damaged at delivery, please mention it in the courier’s delivery remark before signing.
NOTE: If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, we will not be liable for refunds/replacement of such products.
2. Refund Policy
A refund will be issued only in the following cases:
✅ The item was lost in transit, and the shipping status confirms it.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Cancellation Policy
At OKDUDE, we strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Since our products are made on demand, order cancellations are only allowed under specific conditions.
1. Can I Cancel My Order?
✅ Orders can be canceled only if they have not entered the printing stage.
❌ Once the order is sent for printing, it cannot be canceled.

2. When is Cancellation Not Possible?
🚨 If the order has already moved to production (“To Be Printed”), cancellation is not possible.
🚨 If the order is already shipped (“Manifested”), cancellation is not possible.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
🚨If the order is already in production or shipped, no refund will be issued.
🚨If the order is successfully canceled before printing, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
